Personality: Selfish, Greedy, Diabolical, and with not even the slightest value of human life aside from his own. The man is utterly ruthless.
History: Adam was a businessman whose hatred of The American for ruining his company (at least he blames him for it) drove him to try and defeat American by creating a radioactive suit that could repel even American like tennis ball to a racket. An accident in creating the suit, resulted in him being exposed to radioactivity which began to slowly kill him. However, he turned to an acquaintance who promised to help him by counteracting the radiation. The blend of that and the radiation used on him created the man reactor, Dr. Ruin, a mad man who killed all before him and sought domination.
Powers: The man's body is a living radioactive plant that's rather well maintained. He can manipulate radiation and generate massive explosions by self detonating. Because the the blasts are radioactive, they can be poisonous and can even spawn several more explosions should the blast radius and twenty miles outside of it be scanned thoroughly. He can also break down matter by the molecule with only a thought though his own biology seems somehow unresponsive if exposed to Water, Gamma Radiation, or X-Rays.

Personality: As entirely insane, jealous, and utterly remorseless as this disturbed woman is, it's always a surprise how much more messed up she is whenever the heroes are made to combat her.
History: Stephanie was a small time crook who stumbled upon a large project. Kobrion, one of PRIMUS' high agents, recruited her for a job into North Labs. When Zone showed up, he accidentally knocked her into an active chamber that severely injured her. When she awoke, however, she'd discovered that she was strapped to a hospital bed. In her struggle to escape, she discovered her powers (And a new found mental instability) Hating Zone most of all for turning her into a freak, she set out to destroy him.
Powers: Stephanie's body can become living heat energy in which case she burns through most anything. She can also fire off powerful concussive blasts so intense in heat content that they can burn through most any mineral. These abilities allows her to fly and easily topple freight trains with only a snap (Could have used HER in Unstoppable, huh?)

History: Comet's superhuman abilities manifested after she was exposed to Evolute Radiation. She has since been a part of various small crimes throughout the city and is rather skilled at getting out of tough situations. However, she also has a history of being bested by Wheelie and her bike despite her superior speed.
Powers: Comet is the documented fastest human being alive. But it isn't so simple. Her superhuman speed allows her to even accelerate her molecules so that she can slip through solid matter with ease. Her metabolism is highly accelerated, allowing her to heal from wounds very quickly. She has heightened reflexes as well. She can entirely disappear from sound and sight spectrum simply by vibrating all of her molecules. This also provides enhanced durability and has been proven capable of somewhat slipping in and out of time. However, her body eventually grew to out of control speeds without voluntary action so dampeners were given to her to suppress her powers. This has greatly reduced her speed but she is still capable of most everyone she once was. Another notable power she has is mobile invulnerability. When momentum is gained, only she can stop herself, anything in the way is tossed aside.

History: Intrigued by all forms of life, Banes managed to capture an alien life form. When he went to study it, however, he was exposed to a strange energy this creature gave off that granted him strange powers. He has since been attempting to collect various life forms around the globe but has taken a particular interest in the god-like entity, Gladius.
Powers: Banes is capable of surviving in the harshness of space as plainly as he stands in his own living room. He is also capable of mentally controlling a powerful alien spacecraft equipped with hundreds of weapons and devices. He rarely takes part in any action on his own as he can also mentally project himself anywhere he can imagine.

The judge managed to escape thanks to Obsidian but Tombs, in her escape (bless your heart for wearing heels) tripped and fell into a vat below, altering her anatomy.
Powers: Tombs is capable of expanding her body into a super-dense state in which most anything that hits it is repelled. She can also stretch and shape-shift to some degree.

Personality: Night Kill is a very honorable villain who is patient and level headed. She provides the balance to the otherwise erratic "team". She even bows before challenging her foes.
History: Night Kill first appeared with the intent of assassinating Devlin Tasker. But she was thwarted by Eclipse. Eclipse and Night Kill have had a respectful rivalry every since, often ending in a draw where Night Kill ultimate vanishes into thin-air. Her combat skills mar far exceed his own, but his drive far exceeds hers.
Powers: Night Kill first seemed to possess no superhuman abilities. This was later revealed to be false. Night Kill is capable of generating constructs of solidified darkness which she usually channels into a sword or bullets for more effective gunshots. Obsidian's own light powers, and her dark powers often negate one another which is likely why they usually end in a draw.

Personality: Concrete is a mindless beast whose only instinct is to destroy whatever it sees. Thanks to technological advancements, however, he receives a painful pulse whenever he goes against the orders of PRIMUS.
History: This beast was brought to life in the midst of a battle between Golem and Animal. It was a pile of bricks then. However, the beast left the battle and disappeared, only to resurface later as Kobrion's secret weapon and a means of escape. He has become a potent issue to the likes of many Manhattan superheroes, especially Animal.
Powers: Aside from being a two story brick monster, immune to impact injury and insanely strong, concrete possesses the ability to manipulate cement, concrete, etc, making him titan in a place as massive as New York, capable of toppling whole buildings. He can mainly only activate this ability through touch, however.

Personality: Aside from a small inferiority complex, Megawatt is a classic thug. He's greedy and likes to pick on those weaker than him. It's become a topic of much grief as it's often made fun of by the more mouthy heroes such as arch-rival, Animal.
History: Megawatt was a crime boss in Manhattan, always aiming for the big score. He worked under PRIMUS since the beginning of his career, heading a number of operations. When PRIMUS had him and his boys steal some rather valuable tech, her did so. PRIMUS told him to open the case and inside was the under development Static Electricity suit which PRIMUS had his lab genius, Machinist, complete before giving it to Bryce. He has since been a rather potent threat.
Powers: The Static Electricity suit allows Megawatt to generate and manipulate electricity to a degree, allowing him to control metals in a sense and supercharge anything. He can ride on electrical power-lines and generate electric bolts of high voltage. At one point the suit allowed him to become electricity for a time and travel through electrical devices but this power has since been proven to have been removed somehow.

History: Maxwell was a PRIMUS pawn for a time but after the event that got him his powers, he ditched PRIMUS and began his own criminal career, making a number of quick enemies. He has since become an on and off member of the Syndicate and the Nefaria.
Powers: Photo-Man is an advanced Photo-Kinetic with many powers similar to Justice. However, his light is now entirely comprised of raw light energy which he can bend to physically effect himself in many ways.

Personality: The infamous brother black is very well mannered and regal about his shady business of death. He acts as a polite, almost eccentric businessman though it's well known that everything he does is with vile intent.
History: Black is one of the oldest humans still alive on the planet, dating back apparently to the 12th Century. Having taken an interest in magic and the occult, he became a vigilante, having possibly become the first superhero in existence though there is no recorded evidence of this. It is believed that a corrupt knight took part in slaying his family and beat him before the people of his town, despite his magical ability which people assumed to be evil. He was to be hanged but he escaped, unable to be contained by the petty forces used against him. He later made a deal with none other than Gorr, the legendary 8th Sin, granting him power beyond imagination, making him one of the most powerful individuals (if not THE most powerful back then) on the planet. He eliminated his foe and has lived with an unrivaled blood-lust ever since, now claiming to be superior to all and deeming only those he sees worthy with the ability to join him in his conquest.
Powers: Aside from being immortal as a result of his deal with Gorr, Black is capable of high level dark magic that, at fullest potential, is said to be able to destroy planets.

Personality: Chessman is everything that is to be expected from a megalomaniac war criminal. He is deceitful, ruthless, self righteous, and believes only his side of any story can be correct. He is a strong believed in survival of the fittest, claiming that he is the most worthy man on the planet of having power.
History: Chessman first emerged fighting the Star Spangled Avenger, American Eagle during WWII in the 40's. He'd allegedly been killed when one of his own TITAN battle tanks was used against a TITAN base which instantly went up in flames. Where Eagle escaped, the villain was never heard from again. He returned in 1966, 6 years after TITAN resurfaced. As it seems, the man is undying.
Powers: The man himself apparently possesses no superhuman abilities. However, his suit is designed in a way that absorbs kinetic force (Momentum) and heat, negating energy attacks. He also appears to not age at all.

Personality: He may be a brute but he is the most poetic brute of all, being one of the most intelligent mammals on the planet. He is well versed in the art of Shakespeare and is a brilliant tactician as well as a technological genius. He enjoys toying with his targets and playing mind games. When enraged, her may enter a brutish feral rage, however, that he will note later isn't of his own free will, it's simply an instinct he has yes to evolve out of.
History: The gorilla was once a pawn of the High Intelligence, used as a test subject for many of their experiments. They managed to grant him strength and durability incredible even for an ape. Later, however, one such experiment in hopes of making him slightly more intelligent so that he would more easily understand commands. The experiment went horribly awry...or maybe it went perfectly as the ape's intelligence was thus raised to levels comparable to his strength, creating a potent mix of both Brain and Brawn. He went on pretending to still be an enslaved ape then in a brutal display that proved him unstoppable, he took control of the High Intelligence, recruiting others whose intelligence was worthy of his own to form the high rulers of the High Intelligence, a group of geniuses to rule them all.

He was found centuries later and sealed away by the fabled Area 51 as part of the Project 51 program. However, this being was a martian lord and his followers found him, eventually setting him free. History: After attempting to download knowledge on emotions, she found a sudden curiosity for the subject, asking frequent questions to her known creators who refused her answers for some reason. Ultimately, she attempted to download emotions themselves, resulting in her being driven criminally insane. She destroyed her creators after determining that they were not fit to live. She upgraded herself, creating a weapons capable machine body and deeming herself Supreme, utterly unstoppable, and among the most intelligent beings on the planet. Eventually, she joined the High Intelligence.
Powers: While not capable of adapting as Adaptroid does, SAI is a capable techno-path and can manipulate magnetic fields which alone grants vast abilities, being comprised of metallic alloy. Over the years, her body has become heavily more advanced, losing the wasted space of build in weapons for a flexible metallic alloy she'd created using Guestonite. She is capable of manipulating any metal and her own body to create Anatomical-Constructs such as tendrils, physical weapons, even non-physical weapons.

Personality: Barry is actually very brilliant but easily angered and a jealous man. He's also a bit arrogant and rude to people, which is exactly what led to his downfall into crime.
History: Barry's history is a short one. After being captured and jailed for criminal activity involvement with certain Harlem gangs, he was bailed by an unknown. The man simply told him that he'd owe his boss a favor in the future. He then gave him an address and told him to head there by nightfall. Once there, he found a briefcase with a large assortment of special technology, including a Guestionite lined suit which has quickly become his trademark. Using the suit, he began operating several criminal activities, frequently clashing with the likes of heroes such as Black Phoenix, Batonage, and Black Jack.
Powers: Barry possesses no superhuman abilities. However he is highly intelligent and thanks to a function in his suit, has access to a pseudo version of Innate Combat. His suit comes with a number of other attachments as well.

Personality: Hellion is a vain and corrupt woman who thinks of herself as a freak and is obsessed with reversing the process that did this to her. She is also easily infuriated and despises superhumans, instinctively attacking any she happens to see unless she has to work with them.
History: After sneaking into a ritual being performed by Brother Black, the dark sorcerer cast a spell on Martha, transforming her into a demonic creature known as Hellion, a transformation which she could selectively turn on and off. However, the longer this seemed to remain in effect, the longer she had to maintain the form until eventually she couldn't change back at all. She has hunted magic users for years, hoping that one can cure her and if they can't, she tends to kill them. She's made quick friends with Taboo, Soul Stalker, and Mercy.
Powers: Hellion possesses superhuman strength, enhanced speed and durability, the ability to glide, manipulation of hellfire, a prehensile tail, and retractable claws that can tear through cars.

Personality: Brimstone is the definition of evil. He is prideful of his power and reputation and is infinitely searching for ways to rule all the realms.
History: Brimstone has been ruling over the Darkfire Dimension since the dawn of time. He is one of the Seven "Forbidden Ones", the third of them to be forged. Gorr, Sulfur, Umbrage, Abyssal, Abaddon, and Acheron are the others and each rules a different nightmarish dimension. Brimstone governs his dimension and, like his "siblings" would like nothing more than to bring hell to earth. He is responsible for a great deal of torment, including Soul Stalker.
Powers: Brimstone and his "siblings" all possess abilities beyond mortal compare as they possess the Malevolent Force which is the demonic equal of the Divine Force in every way.
