Personality: Nathan would like you to think he is one of the most interesting and most charming men in the world. That's because he is. He's not modest in the least and is also rather eccentric in public. His public relations have skyrocketed as well, thanks to the publication of his dual identity as Protector. But Nathan has a darker side. Ever scheming and calculating his next moves, Nathan's only interest has always been power. He is a genius megalomaniac and a potent threat. While he comes across publicly as a heroic figure, no one knows the other side to the coin. Nathan is also the heinous supervillain, Kobrion. He is sadistic and greedy as well as cynical. Nathan's only known crippling fear is of water, due to lack of an ability to swim and a traumatic experience as a boy. But there is another side. Publicly he is the superheroic figure, Protector. No one knows he is secretly the supercriminal, Kobrion. What comes next is that Nathan is also Primus, Crime Lord supreme and one of the most potent criminal masterminds of the century. While publicly Primus is little more than a myth, many superheroes have battled his empire and know, very well, that he is real. As a result, many superheroes have even grown to fear him though no one can claim to have knowingly seen the face of Primus, the undying.
History: Nathan grew up, his father the head of a very powerful company known as Kendall Enterprises. Secretly, his father was Defender, a becon of hope for the public and a potent member of the superhuman community. However, Nathan grew to resent his father due to the lack of attention his father had shown him. After his father fell in the Battleland event and it was revealed who he was, Nathan took the company and decided to take it in new directions. But over the years, his hate filled mind began to formulate elaborate means of getting more power like he'd always wanted in addition to attention. He eventually developed a potent scheme. Nathan would pose as superhero, Protector an evntually reveal his identity to the public, boosting public relations and his influence to the world. At the same time, however, he would act as Kobrion, a ruthless villain who with skill, intellect, and power would recruit villains to work for his "boss", Primus at the same time beginning to spread the name around as well as fear of it. Nathan's eventual motive is likely to become a world power. He sets up events so people will know that Protector is there and will never doubt him, throwing his allies into prison and later breaking them out as Kobrion. Where he stands, no one knows. He is the superhero, Protector. He is the supervillain, Kobrion. He is the mastermind behind the scenes, Primus. Not even his pawns and allies know.
Powers: The closest thing to an actual superhuman ability that Nathan possesses is a high genius level intellect. Aside from that, Nathan relies on his powersuits. Protector's battlesuit is capable of rocket powered flight, energy blasts, superhuman strength, and grants near invulnerability. It is also equipped with several weapons. Kobrion's costume is laced with rare metallic alloy extracts, making it somewhat above averagely durable. This suit also boosts strength and speed to lower par superhuman levels. In the arms are foot long steel blades which can be retracted into slots on the forearm but not entirely. Pouches in the suit's wrists exude potent acids and gases which, depending on the mix he selects, varry from simply being enough to temporarily blind people to being able to burn through metals in seconds to knocking out high level superhumans.

Personality: When he was human, Eugene was fairly arrogant, stubborn, willful, egotistic, and an all around hard person to like. His womanizing antics frequently got him into trouble with his superior. When he was little, he saw a horrifying movie featuring vampires and as a result, he's been afraid of bats ever since. He was also fairly intelligent. As Devil-Bat, Eugene is incapable of continuous thought for longer than a short few minutes. Ever paranoid that someone'll try to attack and capture him, he stays alert. If even so much as slightly annoyed, an uncontrollable rage consumes his mind and he'll likely level everything around him until he gets to a level of calmness that's safe for those around him.
History: But in his older years, he volunteered for a program to create the ultimate human speciman. The program used special drugs to enhance his physical condition to peak and possibly even beyond human levels. But the strong headed guy got far more than he bargained for when an AMO (Alliances of Metahuman Operations) mission into the Olympian Dimension landed him in the lair of a Dark Elf of the Asgardian Dimension who'd captured a powerful creature called a Boggart. The Elf intended to use dark magic to make the gods of Asgard and Olympus fear him and make him their ruler. But Eugene jumped the gun in the middle of a spell to transfer these powers of fear from the Boggart to the Dark Elf. The Elf, aware of Eugene's presence, absorbed a decent portion of these fear abilities and struck Eugene saying "You shall become that which you most fear, mortal." But nothing happened. The Dark Elf was then captured and taken to the gods of Asgard to determine what to do with him. On Earth days later, aboard the massive AMO aircraft carrier out at sea, Eugene began to experience dizzy spells. In the midst of flirting with a new AMO nurse, he suddenly felt a wave of excruciating pain that overcame his body entire, causing him to drop to his knees. His body had begun to change and thus the Devil-Bat was born. At first, Eugene was unaware entirely what he'd become until AMMO attacked him and he saw his reflection. Horrified by his own image, he lashed out and tried to escape. In the ensuing battle, Eugene swept aside every single force used against him and managed to get away, ever searching for a way to be human again. Devil-Bat has made a cave in the middle of Central Park. Everyone knows where it is and everyone knows for the life of them to stay away from it. He's even been labeled as the most destructive sentient being alive. Many have tries to control him for their own nefarious purposes but all attempts have failed.
Powers: Devil-Bat has a plethora of powers that make in a potent Class 1 Metahuman. For starters, Devil-Bat's serum and magical blood fused together making Devil-Bat nigh-invulnerable and grants him boundless strength. Devil-Bat is also able to fly for an as of yet unknown variable of time if any at all. He can screech at supersonic levels, so loud that it can cause brain damage and so powerful that it can throw even super strength metahumans from their feet. Devil-Bat heals at a fairly increased rate which tends to cover for what can manage to hurt him. Devil-Bat's rage fuels his stamina. The angrier he is, the longer he can fight. He once leveled ten city blocks without so much as breaking a sweat. However, the longer he fights, the longer he must rest after he's calmed down. Mental Wavelengths such as those emitted by Telepaths emit a high pitch frequency which only those with acute sense of hearing are able to detect. Devil-Bat's hearing is so acute that the frequency bothers him and tends to force him into a rage. He notably resists Telepathy when angered as he's a bit preoccupied trying to level anything that opposes him. Even a Level 1 Telepath (Snow) is incapable of breaking this however if skilled enough, they can someone alter the wavelength itself, making the frequency less irritating. At this Devil-Bat's mind cannot be controlled but it can be influenced. Devil-Bat tends not to grow angry unless something bothers him. If someone is simply nearby, then he will leave them unless they do something to annoy him or bring harm to him. Devil-Bat seems to only get stronger as the days pass. During his debut, he was hardly able to fight off the AMMO forces. However later he swept aside an entire AMMO fleet with ease. The reasons for his increasing strength are unknown.

Personality: Famine is rather sadistic and impatient as well as rebelious. She, like the rest of the Horseman, knows no fear. Thus she is both difficult to deal with and difficult to combat. Her attitude tends to annoy even her allies.
History: Famine is one of the mysterious Horseman of Apocalypse who mysteriously appear and with apparently negative intentions. Her sector, Sector Alpha, is the south-eastern corner of Manhattan. While the other horsemen prefer as little chance to draw attention as possible, her lust for carnage has brought her to attract many heroes to her, none of which have been able to very well defeat her.
Powers: Famine's powers seem to be, but may not be limited to, manipulation of probability, kinetic energy manipulation, and a "danger sense" or what is possibly simply Telepathy but the former is more likely as she's evaded events where human interaction was not involved. What makes her most dangerous is her kinetic power as she can charge her guns so they release bullets with explosive results. Another peculiar fact is that she seems immune to hellfire and can seemingly rise from the dead.

Personality: Pestilence is level-headed and calm. Ever mature, she is in perfect contrast to Famine and is often annoyed by her to the point of trying to eliminate her. She is also very cautious and while she knows very well what the "heroes" are capable of, she always maintains a cool head and sense of sureness.
History: The second of the horsemen to appear. After Famine's allegedy defeat, Pestilence will make her presence known as Famine warned. Her sector, Beta, consists of the North-Western corner of Manhattan.
Powers: Pestilence's powers seem to be, but are not limited to, telekinesis and the ability to create powerful psionic projections of mythical creatures, capable of reaching up to and even higher than 20 stories tall. These constructs are difficult to defeat and highly invulnerable. The only way to disrupt them is to greatly distract her. She seems equally as impossible to kill as Famine.

Personality: He rarely ever speaks and when he does, it's usually something extremely deep and thought out. He's a high intellectual and philosopher whose ideas border anarchism.
History: The third horseman showed up after the apparent defeat of Famine and Pestilence. He is a master od stealth and physical combat, proving himself quite lethal. His sector, Epselon, is the South-Western corner of Manhattan.
Powers: War has been proven capable of, but not limited to, throwing darts of solidified negative energies and teleportation as well as the general ability to manipulate negative energy into virtually any weapon. Since prolonged exposure to negative energy without an immunity is the equivelent to swimming in a pool of slow burning acid, this is an extremely dangerous ability. Like the other Horseman, War is impossible to kill.

Personality: This demon is very cruel and cynical. It's lust for absolute destruction is unmatched and its carnageous wrath is unrivaled. It is the mastermind behind all of the Horsemen's collective schemes though not the individual ones. Death is one of the living embodiments of evil.
History: The last of the four horseman appeared as the others were defeated and rose them all from the dead the first time, demonstrating the absolute power he supposedly possessed. His sector, Omega, is the North-Eastern corner of Manhattan.
Powers: Death is fairly more powerful than his human others. He possesses the ability to open rifts in time and space to and from the lake of fire, reviving his allies from the brink of death, making them ever immortal. No water can tame his fire as it's hellfire which he is capable of manipulating. He can summon hellhounds as well as move at near impossible speeds and possesses enough strength to turn over an 18 wheeler. Further more, he is also immune to normal flames and is highly telepathic as well as somewhat omniscient.

Personality: Trask is corrupt and power-mad. He's been deemed criminally insane as a result of the intense Evolute Radiation concentrate within his body. He's become an extremist and though intelligent beyond belief and displays sportsmanship, he is ultimately cruel, cold, and cunning.
History: Ezekiel Trask was technically the first Evolute. In 1992, when the first Evo Meteor landed, Ezekiel and his collegues found it and experimented on it. The meteor wasn't nearly as externally radiated as the newer ones but its radiation was potent. Sensing the power they could draw from it, the scientists began work. They managed to extract and concentrate the radiation into a core so powerful that detonation could cause a nuclear bomb to appear as no more than a small housefire. Then they decided to move ahead with testing, attempting to experiment with this energy's applications. The first they tested was the possibility of creating the perfect human specimen. They wanted him to be physically perfect and mentally excell even beyond the smartest of men. Ezekiel volunteered to undergo the process himself. A small extract of the core was placed into a machine and the Ezekiel stepped in. The extract was then reverted to its radiation state. The radiation itself proved non-lethal, at least not lethal in the immediate exposure though side-effects were also absent. Suddenly there was a malfunction and one of the core stablizers was accidently knocked off course. The electrical bolt struck Ezekiel in the chest and the radiation somehoe began to effect him but appeared negative as he appeared to be having a seizure. Suddenly the core began to destablize in the machine, blowing it up. Ezekiel's body burst into molecules before the eyes of his collegues and he was presumed dead. He respawned the very same day as the Evolution Rain event as a completely transformed entity when a meteor struck near the lab, radiating the area over the course of a week.
Powers: Every cell in Ezekiel's body is intensely charged with Evolute Radiation. He somehow remained sentient on an astral plane for years, seeing what no one else saw and becoming consumed by rage and hate as a result. In this astral state, he learned much about his new powers. He could now radiate anything he desired with the same radiation that created him. He could also manipulate his body, making him capable of levitation and superhuman strength. He can mentally control anyone he radiates and telekinetically control anything he radiates (To apparently no distance limit meaning he could be around the world and still maintain control) and can absorb Evolute Radiation as well. His mental control over those he himself transforms into Evolutes is limited to making them think that his suggestions are accurate. They also bypass any psionic immunities the individual apparently had beforehand. He can't control those irradiated by the meteors themselves, however. He can also create energy constructs such as forcefields, energy bubbles, and even concussive blasts using this radiation which he can then telekinetically move or shape as he pleases.

Personality: Vice, unlike her apparent "Sister", Weapon, hasn't a more human half. Vice is every bit as sadistic and bloodthirsty as Weapon. However while in Weapon it is a frenzy inducing craving, in Vice it as little more than a simple "Because I Can" attitude. Where Weapon would get the greatest sense of delight, Vice remains entirely calm unless simply enraged. She takes more joy in toying with Weapon than she does in murdering others as it seems.
History: Vice was one of the first villains that Weapon fought. She appeared suddenly and shortly after meeting her, tried to kill her. While Vice seemed far more powerful than Weapon, the red haired psychopath surprised her by weaving a tendril behind her and running it through her heart from her back and protruding from the front. Vice, while far from dead, gave-in and disappeared shortly after, clashing with Weapon a number of times.
Powers: Vice has all of Weapon's powers and the unique ability to turn her forearms into powerful mortars that fire harnessed kinetic energy bolts.

Personality: Mezagog is the personification of Desolation. Ever greedy and prideful, he represents the end of the Primvalean Dimension as it is said he will be the one to bring. But he claims that he won't and that he will not destroy Primval, only recreate it in his own image as king.
History: Mezagog was one of the eldest Primvalean's. He was a part of the highest order. However, he was eventually overcome by an undying lust for power. His greed and hate brought about the likes of the astral demonic entity known as Gorr, The legendary 8th Sin. Gorr promised Mezagog (then called Melak-Krall) the power to achieve his goal. After agreeing, he was transformed into the unstoppable demonic entity known only as Mezagog. He attacked his brothers but was eventually defeated by their combined efforts and cast into the boundless astral planes where he was a prisoner, bound to roam for all eternity with no escape. However, as he's grown in power, he has learned how to possess those with astral connections and has done his work through them to bring about his absolute reign.
Powers: Mezagog possesses the Malevolent Force. It is a demonic power opposite the Divine Force in every way, featuring destruction, devestation, death, and manipulation.

Personality: Bleed is a masochist by nature and a sadist as well. She enjoys inflicting pain upon others simply because she can't do so to herself. She's taunting and playful as well, often toying with males and females alike before executing her...unique...brands of torture. Curiously enough her only murderous intents are towards superheroic figures and she even keeps some of them alive just for pleasure and entertainment value. She especially enjoys torturing those with healing factors because no matter how much pain she causes them, they don't die, making for an unending pleasure.
History: Bleed first emerged in a gothic circus, showcasing her unique abilities. But when her masochism and sadism began to influence her, she proved to be a lethal weapon, killing several audient members and tcapturing several others. She's proven a massive headache for many heroes since, including the Evos, Twins, Mercy, and Weapon who she seems to have a rather mutual relationship with.
Powers: Bleed is a powerful superhuman with the ability to control her own blood. She cuts herself and bleeds but because her heart endlessly pumps blood and she has a healing factor, she doesn't die. This also prevents her from practicing her masochistic pleasures. So she practices her more sadistic ones in the torture of others. Bleed's blood manipulation abilities allow her to replicate the cells in blood, increasing the amount even outside of the body. Then she can forms weapons or high pressure jets. She has also proven a very able sorceress, practicing many spells that require blood so she uses her own. This is proven itself in her ability to summon arcane minions, levitate people, and teleport. Should her powers be amplified, it is likely that she can even control the blood of others, making them ultimately helpless to her will.

Personality: Dylan was disturbed before. But now he's just the embodiment of evil. He has no soul meaning no morals and gets his fun out of scaring children.
History: After Dylan traded away his sister and made his mother believe that she'd run off without her, Dylan began to demonstrate an unhealthy obsession with the concept of fear. Hating fear for its ability to weaken people, he attempted a voodoo spell to expel all his fears. But he'd had so many that the spell too drew out a fear god who tempted him. He gave him exactly what he desired...fearlessness. But he did so by taking Dylan's soul and turning him into a demonic nightmare entity. Driven mad and newly obsessed with fear's applications for creating carnage, he killed his mother after delving into her mind and discovering her deepest physical fear. From there on he's murdered countless people meaninglessly. Only recently has anyone discovered his identity. Sadly, it was Chantel who found out and the process has proven irreversible
Powers: Massacre is capable of transforming himself into the worst physical fears of any individual. He is a demonic entity thinly on the astral plane, allowing him to be seen but not touched by any means. Fire, water, force, nothing effects him. He is also capable of possessing people. These people tend to inherit his demonic cheek to cheek smile until he leaves them. He can become entirely intangible. Because he does not produce heat, soundwaves, or any other wordly force, he isn't possible to track and apparently impossible to capture. History: Kyle was a con who was doing jail time AGAIN when came the Evolution Rain. A meteor struck down, breaking down the wall of his cell. He finally mastered his abilities to the point of allowing him to transform back and forth. He has since laid low to avoid drawing much attention. However, he's gained a fair amount from The Evos among several other heroes.
Powers: Kyle possesses superhuman strength, allowing him to bench several tons. He has superhuman agility and senses as well as the ability to see the astral plane. He has a prehensile tail and claws that can tear through steel. He's also immune to extreme heat. He's highly resistant to impact injury, thus the combination makes him nearly immune to missile fire. Thanks to an Evolute Radiation enhancement provided by Evo himself, the radiation in his body cannot be drained by anything but Evo. When angered, Kyle enters an apparent feral rage which enhances all of his powers to near inhuman levels. The radiation also boosted his mental capacity conditionally, allowing him to think on genius levels but only in cooler temperatures. The drawback is that, in cool temperatures, he's also fairly slower than usual.

Personality: Massacre is ultimately emotionless aside from boundless Rage and Hatred. She has no true desires other than to see Weapon, Vice, and every living thing on the planet burn to the ground.
History: Massacre is the only of the three Bio-Weapons that seems to have maintained any memory of her past, hinting the likelihood of her having probably escaped from something seeing as the others can only recall a deep hatred of one another. She first appeared in a fight between Weapon and Vice, immediately attacking Weapon. However just as Vice believed her to be an ally, she attempted to cut her head off. Massacre was ultimately beaten but never destroyed as she escaped before truly submitting.

Personality: Vengeance apparently only has eyes for Mercy (Ironic, right?). She believes she is the rightful queen of Eden. As her name suggests, she is vengeful and ultimately without compassion. She has a general contempt for all but herself, thinking herself a god.
History: Vengeance was a scientist in the jungle during Mercy's jungle defending days. She was enraged by Mercy's showing her up. She eventually stumbled across the site of the incident that gave Mercy her powers of virtual immortality which also happened to be the site where she "Killed" Majik. Personality: Before his chance encounter, he was a relatively good man with some bottled emotions. But his emotions were finally released when he acquired his powers, however, he let all of his anger and other emotions out in a form of hateful rage. He is now a brilliant and unstable man who could go off at any time.
History: Hector was an theist and specialized in the paranormal. He was called to observe the "Immortal Girl", Mercy in the African jungle. Upon arriving, he was told that they were going to capture her as she wouldn't likely understand and comply with them. However, when she did, she resisted. She was ultimately captured. Hector was left to examine her sword but when he the machine used to examine its magical contents malfunctioned, a magical aura burst flooded the room and radiated him. His transformation began to take its course over the next few days after Mercy had managed to escape. He tracked her down and demanded more, now drunk with the power. When she explained that she couldn't give him more, he disagreed by using his new abilities to drain her of her immortality and give it to himself, transforming him into a being of pure magic. Mercy, by now weakened by fighting him, finally managed to use a spell she'd learned and enchanted her blade, running him through as he ran through her with a blade of pure magical aura. In the end they both fell but Mercy awoke, her immortality returned. Since then, however, he has been revived and wreaks havoc for Mercy and other heroes alike.

Personality: Legion is one definition of the phrase Pure Evil and it's literal. Being a demonic entity, it is entirely evil. Apparently it's made of evil souls and thus refers to itself as "We"
History: The origins of this demonic beast are unknown entirely. But it is one of the most powerful creatures alive.
Powers: For starters, nothing on a physical scale can harm him. They can only slow him down at most. Legion seems capable of several abilities including superhuman strength, regeneratory powers, and what has been labeled "Soul Catching". Legion likes to defeat mightier foes and when he is done, he can steal their soul, forever binding them to do as he instructs. Their soul is then stored within the hellfire of his body and materialized into the very being when Legion wills it to. Another trait is Legion's immortality and his ability to disguise himself as a human.
Weaknesses
-Due to his supernatural nature, he seems capable of only being hurt by Super Natural means. The only exception is hellfire, which seems to have the exact OPPOSITE effect.
-While Demonic, Legion isn't entirely immune to physical means. As it seems only the strongest of physical forces can possibly even scratch him.
-Legion is temporarily vulnerable if enough of the souls that form his body are scattered. Sunlight in this states proves to greatly harm him.

History: From the Realm where Roque-Ja and Ras-Neko hail, Guru was one of the notorious Fatal 8 who teamed against the mighty king to overthrow him. Guru, being my magic master, was the one who put Roque-Ja to sleep before he could fight back. Ironically, several years beforehand, he was the tutor to the royal family and knew Roque-Ja's parents personally. But a burning jealously caused him to act, combining his wisdom and power with the influence of 4 others who formed a group that murdered the king and queen. When the five split and took their respective new lands, Guru was given the Kingdom of Roque-Ja's acestry. But years later, Roque-Ja returned after having run away the first time and he defeated Guru in a battle of wits and strenght, earning the title of king. Guru fled shortly thereafter, honing is dark magical powers. One way or another, he wound up on Earth.
Powers: Guru is considerably faster than any non-superhuman at peak potential. Also, thanks to his scaled hide, he is far more durable. His strength matches that of a class 5 on the Superhuman Strength charts. However, he prefers to use his mind. His tail is also powerful and has proven this by once snapping a telephone pole in one swipe whilst trying to escape. Guru is a genius in every regard. He can understand anything he looks at without actually having to have any prior knowledge. He is also gifted at the use of Dark Magic, mostly to create monsters or transform himself and others. His scales make him bulletproof generally.

Personality: Destro is about the most competent out of all of PRIMUS' pawns. That said, he's still a pawn. He ultimately lacks a soul and has the ruthlessness of a corrupt businessman. He's greedy and demanding. He's also rather formal.
History: Talbot was a businessman once upon a time. He got mixed up in things he shouldn't have and went bankrupt. Broke and out of luck, he turned to crime as a crime boss. But he was quickly targeted by PRIMUS for his particular expertise in arrangement, or so he thought. After being repeatedly beaten by Animal, he volunteered to undergo a procedure that'd make him more than a match for the Queens superhero. The procedure was to turn him into the man-machine, Destro the Great. He has since been a notable menace to Animal, Zone, and Black Phoenix.
Powers: As Destro, Talbot's body is comprised of a dense metallic alloy that makes him nigh-invulnerable. Since his human body still exists somewhat beneath the metal, he does feel pain if hit hard enough (Though it'd take a direct hit from a freight train thrown by Devil-Bat to actual penetrate the armor through impact).
