Personality: Mercy is a caring queen and a fierce warrior. She knows only a fear of failure to protect her home. She can come across as headstrong and willful at times. Ever stubborn and in her younger years would come across as arrogant or overconfident. She has since humbled herself in her many adventures. She is very wise and has allied herself with many powerful nations that would otherwise try to overthrow her kingdom of metahumans.
History: Merissa was but a child when a storm washed her boat ashore in Africa. Her parents lost at sea, she wandered, frightened and alone. When a vicious jungle cat sought to prey on her, a man saved her life and took her under his wing. He was a scientist from America who had decided to live within this rich jungle. He raised her over many years with his own teachings and trained her for survival. She'd grown into an intelligent young woman and a fierce warrior. But one evening, she found her mentor in the middle of a ritual. He'd bargained away her soul to a powerful demon. Awestruck, she interfered with the ritual and the grim weather the ritual had brought, caused a bolt of apparently mystical lightning to strike, interrupting the mirror and driving the demon summoned by the ritual away. The lightning struck the man and when it was gone, he too had disappeared. The event created a burst of paranormal energies that empowered Merissa and her sword, granting her astonishing paranormal abilities. Long after establishing herself as a jungle protector, defending her home from the likes of hunters and corrupt scientists, she was called upon by a powerful vision to visit a nearby sector of the jungle. This area was hidden from the naked eye by a powerful magic barrier but she was allowed to see it. The current monarch of this kingdom was on his deathbed and he decided to hold a tournament to decide the new monarch. In this tournament, Mercy proved herself to be all but invincible and defeated various powerful metahumans to the point of ultimately winning and gaining the title. Since then, she has ruled her kingdom with love and compassion as well as a firm hand over wrongdoers. She has battled many foes including Tempest, Majik, Solomun Truss, and the near omnipotent Brother Blaq.
Powers: Mercy possesses a very potent healing factor which also vastly slow her aging. She hasn't aged a day since acquiring her powers as it seems and thanks to this power she is immune to disease, drugs, toxins, and much more. This healing ability does not rule out pain, however and so she has simply built up a general pain tolerance and is capable of toughing out wounds that would proven lethal to anyone else. Mercy can also see on an astral plane and though she can't physically touch anything on an astral plane, her sword can. This include astral projections, demons, anything. (This applies as an item not a power. It is simply being noted here). Mercy's healing factor has proven capable of regrowing vital organs and even limbs though this takes more time. Due to the mythical nature of this power, it is unlikely that anything of non paranormal means can slay her even if it should decapitate her though it's never been tested.

Personality: Tempest is a very calm and level headed young woman. When tensions rise between her fellow heroes, she's usually the one to try and cool things down. She's rather kind hearted and mellow. She enjoys singing and is an actress by profession. She used to be a model so she also isn't shy in most aspects. Despite her potential to be one of the most powerful metahumans alive, she is rather afraid of spiders and is notably claustrophobic. She's also fairly uncomfortable around druken men. A personal problem between her and her mother as a young girl before her mother died has left her scarred and dreadful about being called worthless. Because of insecurities whihc often display as an inferiority complex, Tempest's powers aren't even close to reaching their full potential and perhaps never will so long as she remains so distant to herself. She has no current significant other and would prefer that should she find anyone, that they not be involved in the metahuman world to secure their safety.
History: Janeen's powers come as a result of an explosion, technicaly two explosions. She'd been modeling at an art studio for a photoshoot when two teens on a field trip at North Labs wandered off to wreak havoc. They found a room with a powerful reactor and decided to see what it did. Security showed up, however, and the boys escaped through the window, leaving the machine on high. The scientist that security called to shut it off noted that the start up procedure hadn't been done properly and he couldn't shut the machine down. Later, when the photoshoot was over and Janeen had finished getting her things together, she heard screams from outside. She ran to find out what it was. As soon as she reached the front door to the studio, however, the core in the machine emploded, resulting in an explosion of the core's properties, followed by an explosion caused by combustion. Janeen, being closest to the building, was effected by both blasts and thrown across the street, into the side of a passing car. The lab and studio as well as any other building immediately in range of the lab was either heavily damaged or completely leveled. Later, Janeen awoke to find herself in the hospital. Driven mad by the elements of the core in her mind, she lashed out, displaying her powers for the first time in causing several pieces of equipment in the room to spontaneously burst into flames and others to simply transform into metal somehow. She broke out of the hospital and, left confused, pursued a criminal career for a short while before ultimately changing her ways after a hero told her of the wonderous good she could do with her kind of power. She accepted an offer of amnesty but at one catch. She didn't want any aspects of her identity revealed to the public and so they weren't. She has since become a powerful hero and could potentially become far more powerful if she hadn't established mental blocks to keep her from reverting to her criminal ways. Sometime into her superhero career, her powers were dampened somewhat, taking some of their edge but not nearly enough to matter.
Powers: Tempest possesses the power of Elemental Transmutation. In terms of magic it's referred to as Alchemy. As displayed so far, Tempest holds many basics but she hardly has mastered her abilities and more than likely never will. At this point she has displayed abilities to Turn herself and other material into a solid, liquid or gaseous form, Cause solid objects to disintegrate, Speed up chemical reactions, Cause explosions, Turn metal into gold, Turn minerals into metal, Crystallize objects, Increase the heat of an object, burning it, Decrease an objects' heat freezing it, Can generate lightning by manipulating the charges of atoms, and Limited Regeneration. The dampening effects on her powers prevent her from using her powers to directly harm a human such as to transform air into toxic gas or kill them where they stand. She can also exude a psionic force to kill pathogens, control aromas, manipulate the atmos of a broken object to restore it, pull things apart on an atomic level, and enhance flames by manipulating flammable gases into it.

Personality: John is incredibly patriotic and old spirited. He's also well versed in the war history of America. John is very defensive and friendly, often acting as a sort of fatherly figure, cooling temperatures when tensions flare. In battle he is fearless
History: John grew up on the war stories of his patriotic grandfather, a WWII veteran and developed a strong sense of national pride. His father was a mechanic and John wanted to follow in both footsteps, eventually becoming a pilot. When testing a fighter jet for a government company, John had to come in for a crash landing after the engines began to experience difficulty. He landed safely and waited for an extract to arrive. He decided to look over what could have gone wrong when he came to the powercells. The powercells used an energy he'd never seen before and the fuel was foreign to him which was odd considering his vast knowledge of airplanes. It turned out that this energy was alien in origin and they'd been testing capability to harness it as a power source. Close and unprotected exposure to this energy resulted in John's feverish state over the next few days. Then when in the middle of exercising within his at-home gym, John felt a powerful wave suddenly overcome him. While running he suddenly realized that his feet were no longer making contact with the treadmill. It wasn't until later that he discovered other abilities.
Powers: John is capable of Self-Powered Flight as well as Kinetic Energy and Momentum manipulation. This results in a number of effects. By manipulating the kinetic forces of his body, John can simulate invulnerability by cancelling out the kinetic force of anything that strikes him. This causes kinetic energy used against him to revert into potential energy. Thus resulting in anything that enters a certain radius to slow to a stop usually before even reaching him. This has proven to be highly useful as his debut as a superhero had him stop a runaway train. He can also manipulate his own momentum as well as the momentum of anything in a given radius. By combining this and his kinetic abilities, he can simulate Momentum Based Invulnerability (Juggernaut). He can also use his momentum manipulating abilities to force anything, even objects that stand still, to suddenly fly in one direction then another, simulating telekinesis in a sense though when something is stopped, he can't hold it in place. To invert the momentum on an object would be similar to amplfying gravity's effect on in ten fold, crushing it. His kinetic abilities also allow him to "charge" objects by skin to skin contact which results in the object exploding as a general effect.

Personality: Marc is a rough guy with little regard for authority or even manners sometimes. He's overconfident and stubbord. However, he's also a man of his word and a man who values life after the loss of his wife and the disappearance of his young son and daughter. Gladius is a humbled figure of half mortality and half divinity. He is honorable and just. However, he is equally as stubborn. He knows his place among gods and mortals alike, valuing all life just as his significant other.
History: Marc had spent another night in the pub, drinking his problems away while he waited for the police to do something about his missing children. He left that night, just between sobriety and drunkeness and drove his GMC pick-up truck through the desert on his way home. But drunk as he was, he nearly caused an accident and swerved off the road. When he began to come around, he saw a light approaching him from the sky. At first he thought it to be a UFO but it wasn't. Marc hadn't known it but he'd driven off the road and into what was a holy ground as the site of a great war betweem malevolent forces and the gods of olympus. He had drawn their attention and was summoned to them, appearing in their grand hall, surrounded. They began to assess the man, curious of whether they should bother allowing Earth to remain as one of the realms. Marc, made sober by their divine presence, pleaded for Earth's survival. His value of life was the reaction the gods were eager to test and his degree of life value is what they longed for. So they empowered him with the Divine Force, a power so great that it created in its bearer the presence of the gods themselves and personafied them. Entrusted with this power, the gods too entrusted him with the responsibility of protecting the Earth and he accepted.
Powers: Marc possesses no superhuman abilities in his human persona. However, Marc does hold many superhuman abilities in his Gladius persona. Gladius is capable of vast levels of superhuman strength and is highly invulnerable. He is immune to toxins and many worldly impurities. Gladius can use his strength to jump over vast distances. He can open dimensional portals to the Olympian, Asgardian, and Malevolent realms among other mythical realms. He also holds the ability to control the very power of the sun. This allows him the ability to immitate its gravitation pull as if he himself were the sun, generate solar energy pulses, "summon" solar flares and create solar winds. He's also capable of transforming himself into solar energy but in this form he gradually becomes hotter without control and must switch off before becoming a supernova.

Personality: The far from humbled singer/song writer is every bit as full of herself as can be. But behind the arrogance and stubborn outter shell is the heart of a hero. She is caring and when under pressure of younger influence, she can be as warm as a big sister. She also has a tortured mind in a way, suffering from a forced split personality as a young girl. She's only ever opened up to under extreme pressure, revealing a more sensative side of herself.
History: The established Pop genre singer/song writer very recently obtained her abilities. On vacation in the islands, she'd gone for a swim alone when a strom forced her to wait out on a small island until she could safely get back to land. But in wandering, she fell into a hidden cavern, filled with glowing white crystals. The instant she touched one, a strange white energy pulsated from every crystal in the cavern. Unknown to her, this stange energy was radiation stored in them as a result of nuclear testing in that site. The radiation triggered a strange reaction, resulting in her powers. Since then she has learned many applications for her abilities and has joined the Overseers on a trial basis.
Powers: Alicia is capable of incredible Crystallokinesis, allowing her to general crystals from moisture in the air, minerals in the earth and trees, and even her own skin. She can shoot crystal darts and generate any shape of crystal she esires such as pillars from the earth, cages around targets, even from her skins she can create various weapons such as shields, swords, spears, etc. Her crystals appear to be entirely indestructible as even Gladius could not break them, not could Adaptroid. However, Tempest tore through the crystals like tissue paper. By this time, however, Tempest was a hero and was only demonstrating weaknesses for Alicia well-being. Alicia has limited telekinetic control of the crystals she generates, allowing them to float in the air for short periods of time. She tends to use this to simulate flight or create steps and elevator-like constructs. The uppermost limits of her powers aren't known but it's believed that she hasn't even gotten a fraction complete yet.

Personality: Star was ultimately emotionless when found. However, as she grew alongside humans of earth, she began to gradually know emotion. She's very distant still and doesn't show her emotions often. But she is compasionate and caring as well as generally kind-hearted. No mal-intent exists within her as she has nothing to gain and no motive to do so. Her only fear is that she will be exploited for her power.
History: Upon searching for a moonrock, astronaut Nelson O'Bradey found an alien entity frozen on the moon's surface. Reporting back this incident, the alien was later recovered by AMO who aimed to study her but she awoke shortly after arriving in the compound and broke free. AMO first attempted to sedate her but she proved immune and escaped where the Overseers found her. AMO tracked her and tried to get her back but the Overseers wouldn't have it and she's remained with them ever since as a cosmic guide.
Powers: Starry Sky is apparently an alien energy being capable of negating superhuman abilities by will. However, she is also a powerful telepath. This helps her none at all as she can't see into her own mind to discover the cause of her amnesia or what was prior to it. Whether or not her entire race was capable of this is unknown. She remembers only the name of her race and her own name but nothing else. She is a powerful cosmic entity who can construct beams and solid shapes of pure cosmic energy as well as use it to mildly effect time, teleport, and manipulate solar and lunar energies to low extents. But her hair holds the key to the limitless power of the cosmos. There's simply no way to harness and study it known. Star has even been known to create small black holds with enough vacuum force to pull in a freight train.

Personality: Wheelie is very serious and lets on that she isn't afraid of anything. She's very professional and hardly jokes at all in the company of her teammates. In her civilian identity, she is a lawyer and is very strict about the law. She is intelligent, stubborn, and ill-tempered but contains herself around clients, providing the image of an always calm, cool, and collected woman. However, she is also a legitimate detective and can tell in a glance whether or not someone is guilty.
History: Growing up in the mean-streets of Harlem, Khia became associated with a local gang called the Black Lion. They were a family and treated one another as such, running the town. But when one of Khia's dearest Black Lion friends was found guilty of a crime she knew for a fact he was innocent of, she vowed to never again let that happen in an attempt to help her friends stand a chance. She got a fair education and a degree in law. Since then she's convinced herself that she did it only for her friends, becoming a slave to the law and creating potent inner conflict for herself. Later in life, one of her Black Lion friends was needlessly murdered and she snapped. She got her old motorcycle from her gang days and hunted the killer down, keeping on her helmet to mask her identity. When she finally found the killer, she nearly killed him before changing her mind and leaving him to face the police after she'd contacted them. Since then, her old motorcycle has served only as a means of transportation. However, she'd managed enough money to buy a brand new one from a friend at North Labs, equiped with numerous extra attachments. She's mastered her riding abilities and uses her bike and detective skills to bring justice to harlem.
Powers: Khia possesses no superhuman characteristics. She was empowered for a day by a mock divine force when the villainous Anubis attempted to forge an army of god-like human warriors to overthrow Heaven. Since being de-powered, she has only a mastery over her bike which can now be called mentally using neural readers in her helmet. The bike itself has a number of weapons and other gadgets.

Personality: Rachel is a typical teenager. She's impressionistic and adol-minded. She enjoys most everything a modern day teenager enjoys. She's deadly afraid of spiders. Her sister is fairly quiet and level-headed. Amber is shy and apologetic, thinking that most everything she does has a negative impact on the world around her. However, the two of them share an unrivaled sisterly bond and would take on all of the world if it meant securing the other's safety.
History: Rachel was sixteen when came the mutagenic meteor shower labeled the Evolution Rain. She was in the back seat of a car with friend on the way to a party when one meteor fell to the earth in their path, causing them to swerve. Rachel and her twin sister, Amber were the brave ones among them and got close. Candy stood back as Rachel held her hand near the spacerock. It wasn't hot in the least. But it suddenly started to glow. Then it exploded, throwing both girls back, resulting in their metahuman abilities. Since then, the twins have become classified "Evolutes", which are what the world refers to people mutated by these meteors as.
Powers: Rachel is highly immune to extreme temperatures both hot and cold. She can generate sub-arctic temperatures and temperatures as hot as magma. Likewise, she is both Chryokinetic and Pyrokinetic, able to generate ice using the moisture in the air and generate fire by emiting a flamable vapor then mentally creating spark by manipulating charges in atoms to ignite it. Amber is capable of vastly increasing her size or decreasing it by making outter molecules personal ones or expelling her own molecules then recollecting them later. She hasn't yet mastered this ability and apparently the strain of shrinking can be dangerous to her body and potentially kill her. In her small form she has just as much strength as in average form and when large, her strength and durability is proportional. She also seems capable of massively increasing though not decreasing her molecular density. This makes her highly invulnerable and superhumanly strong in her average size though she's much stronger in her giant phase.

Personality: Telia is very relaxed and at home in the water. It'd always been her comfort zone. She's also a very musical person and talented pianist. She's terrified of thunder and lightning and can't stand closed in areas. Being fairly new to the superhero thing, she's often confused and left wondering what's going on.
History: Telia was at the beach by herself, thinking when the Evolution Rain came. A meteor landed in the ocean nearby and suddenly a massive wave rose. The heavily radiated waters slammed down on her and completely altered her genetic make-up, turning her into an Evolute.
Powers: Telia a very able hydrokinetic. She can use moisture in the air to appear as if making water from nothing. She can also mentally control pre-existing water in an as of yet unknown upper limit. She is capable of swimming at speeds so far up to 60mph and is strong enough to lift cars on dry land but is apparently even stronger when wet. She can breathe underwater but can only survive on land for a certain amount of hours (10 at most so far) without a special collar. Her skin is dense enough to resist most conventional damage as she's taken bullets with no more than a bruise. She's also proven immune to a certain degree of sub-arctic temperatures.

Personality: Heracles is a muscle minded brute with a sarcastic wit and love of beating things up. He's also very loyal, however, and honest as well as a good leader.
History: Heracles was Mercy's final opponent in the Tournament for Eden. Using his inhuman strength and Durability, he almost won but Mercy managed to outsmart him. After Mercy won, she decided that he should be one of her advisors and he now is a high officer, leading many defensive operations for Eden and winning many battles alongside Mercy as one of her most trusted allies.
Powers: Heracles possesses inhuman strength and mobile invulnerability as well as general invulnerability. He isn't incredibly fast but if he gets up the momentum, nothing can stop him but him.

Personality: Beverly is rather naive and somewhat arrogant with a potent sarcastic sense of humor. She's also a very good person who, even when not in her superheroic endeavors, has put her life on the line for numerous people such as once when she saved a group of people from a runaway bus which she wasn't able to stop so she drove it herself into the river.
History: After said river incident, Beverly's heroics become the subject of much praise despite her best efforts to avoid it. Her father, Benjamin North (Director of North Labs) was inattentive generally, however. Angered by her father's general lack of attention towards her, she stole various North-Tech weapons from the lab and tried to cause mayhem for the company but she wound up doing them a justice when she saved her father's life. The public began to praise this masked vigilante as well (whose identity was only concealed by a virtual face changing I-D Mask) as a hero and Beverly began to acquire praise in both halves of her life. Having been seen on television by John Armstrong, she was quickly recruited as his partner and later as an Overseer.
Powers: Beverly possesses no superhuman qualities. But she does have various methods of competing with metahumans based on her equipment. Her shield was created based on the legendary comicbook figure, Captain America. The shield is made of a material so dense that it can cause pain to even some higher level superhumans. It doesn't boomerang back to her if thrown but it splits down the middle at the press of the largest star on the shield face and forms two razorsharp arm blades. Her cape is laced with the same material, making it incredibly durable and, in fact, many times harder than steel. The cape also fans out if it catches air currents, allowing her to glide. She has several other gadgets as well.

Personality: Ryder acts like the overprotective big brother. He picks on his little "brothers and sisters" rather often but he deeply cares about them, In times of great stress, he acts as though he has no fear and leads everyone through it all safely. As the Field Team's leader, he executes himself professionally and with great positivity.
History: Ryder's Evolute powers manifested after a meteor from the Evolution Rain struck in the cornfield of his family's farm. He'd gone out to plow the fields when he came across it. The tractor touching it caused it to explode and radiation filled blast threw Ryder from the vehicle which had been greatly damaged. After the event, he ran away when men in black suits appeared at his house. He'd figured they were there to take him away after he discovered his abilities.
Powers: Ryder is capable of coating all or part of his body in an insectoid exoskeleton. He can create the exoskeletons in a number of forms, giving him a number of abilities. In his winged armor, he maintains class 50 superhuman strength as most of his forms do as well as the ability to fly at mach speeds. His blade armor is equipped with blades of the hardest metallic alloy known to man, Guestionite, allowing him to slice through steel support beams. The tank armor boosts Ryder's strength to class 100 and even augments his speed despite its heavy appearance. It's also the most durable, capable of taking a hit from what is classified as the most physically powerful being on the planet thus far, Devil-Bat. His basic go-to armor has class 50 strength, well augmented speed, and can shoot shards of its exoskeleton body like projectile darts. Each armor has a decent regeneration ability and is nigh-invulnerable as well as allows him to survive in the extreme conditions of space and underwater.

Personality: Mykaela is very unsure of herself and the rest of the world. Often thinking up the worst case scenario or finding spite in the general way she must live, she's very negative. However, she is a good person and would rather die than let anyone hurt her "family".
History: Mykaela was originally out jogging when the Evolution Rain hit. She began to run for her home but a meteor struck just behind her, causing her to fall. From there she'd injured her ankle. Her neighbor, Kenny (Eventually Tendril), leapt in a helped her away as best he could but a meteor landed inside of the house they'd been hiding by and it exploded. The blast demolished most of the house and the radiation carried over.
Powers: I.N.K is capable of generating and manipulating ink for anumber of effects. She can solidify her ink constructs into three dimensional forms and animate them as well. She can use her ink to create shields, stairs, and many other constructs. She's even capable of inking duplicates of peoples. These dupes can even talk but act on I.N.K's will alone.

Personality: Kenny is cocky, rash, quirky, loud, mischievous, and just a pain in general to deal with. He's frequently called out on being too young and small to be a part of the Field Team but he wants nothing more than to be so. In him beats the heart of a fighter and one that never gives up.
History: After saving Mykaela from being crushed, a meteor landed in the house the two had hid by for shelter. The explosions pumped them both with large amounts of radiation. The radiation apparently made Kenny silkinetic, allowing him to manipulate cloth. He uses his powers mainly on his scarf which act as tenrils in a way.
Powers: He can now manipulate the scarf into taking several forms such as grabbing tendrils, fists, blades, arms to help him scale vertical surfaces, and whips. He can manipulate cloth in general, making it do several things such as turn into lead, disintegrate, maintain telekinetic hold over it, and even increase or decrease its temperature.

History: Dev originally created the first powersuit, Mark 1 - Zone. The suit was designed to emit powerful blasts of concussive force from the hands using harnesses vibrations. The suit used a modified fusion reactor to function.

Personality: Maverick is very headstrong and independant. She is also highly intelligent and well read. While she prefers to ive, headfirst, into action, she knows too that knowledge is a key element to victory. She's very confident in her skills regardless and is often ridiculed by Syres though Mercy tends to let her off easy.
History: Born and raised in Eden, Maverick was very unapproving of Mercy for a long time. Seeing that Mercy showcased no superhuman abilities during the tournament, she figured Mercy was no more than human and wasn't a fit queen for a nation of metahumans. But when the Qulaar attacked, Mercy was severely injured. Said injury healed before Maverick's eyes and she witnessed Mercy's immortality for the first time. From then on she had a newfound respect for her. Mercy had not only won the tournament, but she'd won it without need to even use her powers. She has been a potent member of Eden's Elite Guard ever since.

Personality: Angelica is generous and wise as well as brave. But she's very cautious and takes very few risks, making her a challange at times. She tends to also be a bit indecisive.
History: Angelica's abilities first manifested when her harness snapped while rock climbing. She was able to glide to safety, confused by what'd happened. Eventually people began to try and take full advantage of her powers. When an anti-metahuman activist teacher began teaching at her school, he target her and a few other students but they all got him fired after he attempted to frame them. Since then, she's used her powers for the greater good.
Powers: Angelica is a metahuman with the ability to create solid wings out of pure energy. The silver dust on her costume gives them their color, hence the name. She can shoot the feathers of the wings like darts as well.

Personality: Grey is a loudmouthed, witty, and generally adol-minded girl. She's also rather insecure about her height and apparent lack of "womanhood" for her age. She'll go off if they're mentioned nine times out of ten.
History: The day of the Evolution Rain, Grey was out shopping. A meteor struck through the store, knocking down aisles like dominos. A small fragment of the radiation filled space-rock proved potent enough to effect her. While not immediately apparent, her parents and teachers first grew suspicious when her grades started drastically improving. Then she started to experience strange waves of heat that occasionally knocked her down. Eventually her powers manifested in the form of her first "Eureka". She'd cracked a problem of quantum physics in only seconds. Of course her new found genius came with the suspicion of the teachers. When the Evos came to town after hearing about Ezekiel's latest appearance, she tagged along with them with her parents' blessing.
Powers: Grey's mind is capable of working on superhuman levels, many times activating a "Eureka" moment in which she has such a stroke of genius that no one else could do the problem faster. Later she learned that her mother was a sorceress named Madam Crest back in her day. Grey had inherited her mother's keen magical abilities, adding to the spectrum of her powers.

Personality: Marina thinks of herself as generally superior to most. But she isn't without her humble side. She will acknowledge in someone, any trait that makes them in any way better than she. She is a queen of tender loving care and holds no real contempt for surface dwellers. She is curious and, by Atlantean standards, hardly an adult, meaning she is still somewhat naive and ignorant. She is modest on some degree, however, not thinking she is nearly as beautiful as many would describe her to be.
History: Marina first emerged on the surface world shortly after WWII where she was not yet the Atlantean queen. She had at one time been taught to despise surface dwellers. However, she fell in love with one whom she visited daily out at sea where he would take out a boat to see her. As years passed, he began to age and she did not. He eventually died and, in her mourning, she vowed never to return to the surface. After she was crowned queen, she reigned in Atlantis, pushing back forces that would often try and steal her thrown or even destroy the city. It wasn't until recently that she returned to the surface when she'd heard the thoughts of an unconscious Torrent. She helped the girl, whom she assumed was Atlantean, get back to health. However, when Torrent revealed herself to be human, Marina was surprised, claiming to have never seen such a human. Torrent went on to explain the Evolution Rain and Marina's curiosity forced more and more questions about the surface world itself to be forced from her lips. When she'd heard enough, she took Torrent back to the surface. Since reemerging, she's managed to form many surface world alliances, including one with Edenian Queen, Mercy, who Marina considers a far superior queen to herself.
Powers: Marina is atlantean and thus ages at an incredibly slow pace, rivaling the slowed aging processes of Mercy and even Gods. She is also able to lift up to five tons and swim at speeds faster than any boat could ever dream, nearly surpassing the sound barrier. She can telepathically communicate with marine-life and is nigh-invulnerable when in the water for long periods of time. She can obviously breathe underwater but unlike Torrent, can survive on land without any other means, the only issue being a slight reduction of her powers. When wet, she can transform her forearms into fins for faster swimming. She is capable of camoflage and can control rain and the tides when she's access to her crown, enabling her to even produce large waves or increase the force of the rain, making bullets of water as well as many other applications.

Personality: Azure is an overly excitable character with a knack for never taking anything seriously. However, once she gets serious, she tends to act as about the most seductive yet somewhat brooding heroine on the block though this tactic is akin to her powers.
History: White Star would, without a doubt, love to tell you that she doesn't know Azure. The simple reality, however, is that Azure is White Star's cousin. Being the older cousin (And obviously more...developed), Azure always used to tease Beverly. While not apparent in the way she tends to act, Cathy has a stupid high IQ. While Beverly is brilliant, Cathy used to beat Beverly in absolutely everything. Growing up around Beverly made their relationship spark a rivalry between them. While Cathy thinks it nothing more than a cute, friendy rivalry, Beverly often refers to Cathy as an arch-rival. Not long after Beverly became White Star, Cathy found out about it. Made curious, she decided to see for herself what the life of a vigilante was like. She took an ID Modifier Mask (ID-MM) and dawned it, veiling her actual face from curious eyes. She then managed to stop a bank robbery (notably by accident) which people cheered her on for (most males because of the oh so revealing costume). But this act was one coordinated by none other than Primus the Undying. Primus apparently sent Kobrion to deal with her. However, she beat him (again by accident). As Kobrion "played dead" she drew near and was surprised when he suddenly threw a chemical gas in her face. Using the strength enhancers in her suit, she clapped it away before it could do any harm but when it cleared, Kobrion had gone. The gas had, in fact, gotten into her system slightly. When later testing a chemical meant to enhance human physical potential, the reaction between that and the chemical virus already in her system had a curious effect on her and she acquired some superhuman ability, making her decide to remain a heroine.
Powers: Azure is capable of manipulating pheromones to the Omega level, bypassing resistances and even some pheromonic immunities. She's the equivalent to a female super soldier and secretes a gas from the pours of her body when need be that causes those effected to become disoriented, making them see illusions usually depicted as a luminescent blue colored light source forming everything around them (Visually it'd look like a city constructed with the Green Lantern ring but blue)

Personality: Rita is pretty down to earth and very outspoken. She's religious with no doubts in her beliefs. Her natural value of equality isn't at all misunderstood. Being both a Mutant AND an Evolute is rough.
History: She ran off to join the Evos shortly after discovering her powers. But when she too discovered she was a mutant, she joined the AHS. Later on, however, after saving the Evos from their arch-enemy, Evo(Oh the irony), she decided that she could do better than hide and save lives. She left the Evos, frequently returning as she pleases to greet everyone. Afterwards, she left the AHS in an attempt to forge mutant and human relations of her own as not only a peacekeeper/hero but also an activist.
Powers: Payback's Evolute powers allowed her to create reflective shapes by harnessing light and solidifying it. These shapes were similar to mirrors as they also bounced light back, allowing people to see themselves in them. The shapes were capable of bouncing back energy projection abilities such as fireballs, soundwaves, and even missiles. When her mutant powers began to manifest, they allowed her vast psionic capabilities, allowing her to create illusionary clones. She later discovered that she'd been granted mild protopathic powers. When she thought she'd been having a vivid nightmare, she'd actually wandered into a world of infinite "mirrors" she'd created. In her mind was a burned in map of this place as well, making sure she knew how to navigate it. Using this new edge, she learned how to pseudo-teleport, trap people within infinite mirror mazes, and even telekinetically manipulate the mirrors she creating, making them into weapons.

Personality: Hypolita may very well be dellusional but she may not be. She claims herself to be a powerful warrior from the Olympian Dimension. She believes herself above "Mortal Conflict" and is always ready with hand on blade. She is also sharp witted.
History: Hypolita first appeared giving Mercy a hard time hile she was in Manhattan with the Overseers. Hypolita claimed to know Mercy and knew much about her, including her queen status. She then challenged Mercy for her title. She powered as skilled a warrior as Mercy if not better, almost defeating in her mind. However she later saw as Mercy's flesh healed in seconds from a stab wound and fled. She has since proven to be both a formidable opponent and fierce ally.
Powers: Hypolita has proven capable of superhuman levels of strength, stamina, durability, and speed. Her sword and shield seem, by all means, unbreakable.

Personality: Wyvern, unlike her heroic counterpart, Torrent, is fairly uncaring. She isn't so much a cold person as she simply doesn't care much about anything. It shows in her usually lack of enthusiasm in most of what she does. However, Wyvern has a rather explosive temper and a dead fear of embarrassment. She tends to lose control of her anger which gets her into trouble. She's very indecisive, having sided against the Evos in the past.
History: Wyvern had been rehearsing for a musical audition when the Evolution Rain came. A meteor struck in the theater when she was in back, going over the song she'd chosen. It'd blocked the only uncrowded exit and the theater had caught fire. She began to back away but the meteor suddenly exploded, throwing her into the curtains. Later, she began to experience the true effects of the Evolute Radiation. Eventually she'd mutated into a dragon-girl. Her parents were so terrified that she ran off, eventually joining the Evos and having a bumpy relationship with them.
Powers: Wyvern is immune to extremely high temperatures. She's capable of breathing fire of extreme temperatures. She's also got a prehensile tail. Her scaled body makes her fairly durable and strong, as well as allowing her to scale or cling to vertical surfaces.

Personality: Cross is tough and to the point. She's also honest and a hard worker whose number one priority is to protect the people. Since the government's official legalization of vigilantism, Cross has been stressed to say the least. She can come across as harsh but she's sensible and reliable.
History: Chantel grew up in a military family, always moving, rarely ever getting to stay in one place. When her parents split up, her mother took custody of her brother and sister. She went with her father. Growing up on this life, she eventually left for college. Her test scores and physical conditions were so superb and her interest in the military was so potent, that she drew the attention of Colonel Evans, then chief administrator of A.M.M.O. She was recruited by them right out of college and immediately began training and working up the ranks. History: Her history before A.M.M.O is only vaguely know. She'd apparently been a government spy for a short time, spying on Project 9. Personality: Holly is an all around likable person. She's well rounded, moral, and sociable when under her civilian handle. As Ms. Holiday, she remains cool, calm, and collected. History: Holly is notably young for her title which she inherited from her late mentor, Lao Khan. Since then, however, she's lived up to her name. She's never failed a mission and even after leaving A.M.M.O, her adversaries found her nigh-invincible.

Personality: Kim is very mild mannered and polite. She's very intelligent and well read, enjoying literature and culture. She despises violence as much as she does corruption. Being the owner of a local Japanese Restaurant, she knows about business as well.
History: Kim grew up in Hell's Kitchen Manhattan. Her high intellect became the subject of much attention as she was sought out by many colleges. But her grandmother had been training her in martial arts since she was a child. She was a defender of their Japanese home known as Yokai The Black Phoenix. When Kim's grandmother disappeared, she left a note telling Kim that it was always her who would dawn the mantle of The Black Phoenix. Torn for what to do, she chose her grandmother's legacy and later inherited the restaurant when her parents decided to retire and move. Personality: Looks up a lot to other heroes, but despises anti heroes and completely disagrees with their morals, he's brave, but slightly headstrong. He's smart, but many people don't notice. His plans usually fail. He's not much of a team player, but when he's with a team, he annoyingly needs to be in the lead. As a civilian, he's a clumsy, nerdy kid who doesn't have many friends, as he feels they could easily catch on to his secret. He's good friends with some other young heroes, but can easily get on their nerves. He is kind to animals and supportive of nature because of his powers. He is attracted to Charm but despises her moral alignment.
History: As a young boy, strange things happened around him. One day, when he was 13, on a school field trip to some ancient caves, he felt the artifact call to him somehow. He found it, and seeked the help of some adult heroes, who helped him hone his powers. He now works on his own as a young hero.
Powers: He owns a magical artifact that his magical prowess lets him channel. It allows him to summon creatures, real and mythical. It can take different forms, but it usually is a staff. Personality: Hank is a nice guy but he's also notably not very in-check with his anger which can cause him to act irresponsibly. He tends to deflect easily but has a soft spot for kids. His family really tends to worry about him. He also is a bit of an antagonistic guy at time, putting people on the spot or making smart remarks.
History: Hank was about the best Jet Jockey the Air Force could ask for. Then...he crashed. He was virtually fearless in a plane and felt like nothing could stop him. He was alive after the crash but badly wounded and surprisingly not handicapped. The crash opened his eyes though. It showed him that he'd never really done anything in his life to help anyone else. Having known Devin AKA Zone in school, he asked if he could use his big brain to do him a favor and build him a suit. The suit was built under special direction and when it was complete, Hank added the logo, becoming The Steel Wing Man.
Powers: Hank possesses no superhuman abilities without his suit. In his suit, he can glide on air currents. The wing blades deflect bullets and he is fairly stronger. There's also a built in computer to the helmet that scans the suit and the area around him frequently, allowing him full awareness of his surroundings.

Personality: Dory is a rather typical teenager who thinks the world of other superheroes, often acting as a bit of a fan-girl should she meet them. She hates villains, however, and for good reason. They've tried to kill her on a regular basis.
History: When Dory was touring a college campus and stopped in the science lab to view a Solar Radiation project in the process of being carried out, she ventured too close without protective gear. One of the scientists included the wrong chemical as a result of distraction and the miniature solar flare they created, turned into a small supernova, exploding and supercharging her cells. Before the accident she was simply an ambitious high school girl with a love of chemistry. Now she's Golden Gal, the Solar Powered Heroine.
Powers: Dory's body is adaptive to sunlight and thus many of her abilities are drawn from solar rays. When provided enough solar energy, her strength and speed reach superhuman levels. She can also emit large bursts of blinding light and increase the heat of an area at will. She herself is immune to the effects of extreme temperatures. If powered enough, her body is surrounded by a golden solar aura. If she channels that enough, her body becomes solid organic gold in which she's as durable as steel while still given access to her other abilities.

Personality: Misty is a natural business woman. She's possessive, egotistic, sadistic, harsh, and ever calm...at least she was. She was until a her company, Cerulean Enterprises, went under. Since then she's been a potent activist and has been trying to entirely shed her old ways to be a better overall person.
History: Misty was a business tycoon. Her company developed top class technologies from weapons to energy sources, Rivaling North Labs and Kendall Enterprises. However, her company went under when PRIMUS the Undying decided he needed to thin out the competition. Misty was, of course, distraught. Later she was kidnapped by the villain, Kobrion and held for ransom. A.M.M.O infiltrated the area and freed her but Kobrion escaped. This event opened her eyes. She began to provide non-lethal weapons to A.M.M.O which have proven very efficient. Secretly, she'd been using resources provided by them to build something that she said would change the face of law enforcement. She created the AVATAR drone which she can remotely control. This drone has acted as her Avatar into the Superhero Community.
Powers: The AVATAR drone was constructed of a rare metallic alloy so dense that it can take a hit from a missile and tip a freight train over with a well placed push. It is capable of rocket powered flight and is equipped with dozens of non-lethal weapons including EMP Generators, Pulse Guns, and Sonic Emitters. It also comes with gravitation discs that disallow the effects of telekinetic abilities being used against it and can generate force fields.

Personality: As Hayden, he's optimistic and cheerful. He doesn't watch what he says enough. He keeps a lot bottled up to most people. As Zero Point, he goes far to defeat villains so they won't terrorize others again (not usually killing, but somehow scaring them or injuring them so they cannot recover fighting skill), but he's not a particularly cold person. He just understands what needs to be done.
History: Hayden's best friend died after being shot by an escaped villain who was trying to get money to get away. Hayden was deeply affected. He volunteered to have nanotechnology implanted in him that would allow him to control gravity. The lab was attacked, killing everyone in it just after the infusion. Hayden was able to protect himself and escaped, vowing to do whatever it takes to make sure villains stayed out of commission. He now works as a writer, giving him lots of time to be in costume when he's "writing".
Powers: Can slightly control gravity, moving objects and people, simulating flight, and adding gravity to punches and such. Also skilled with dual pistols that he has at all times

Personality: Trix isn't much of a team player. She prefers to be alone in most of what she does. Her disposition comes from constantly being made fun of during her childhood for being large. She has since shed the weight and become apparently rather attractive, gaining a rather vengeful personality.
History: Trix was born with a peculiar metahuman mental capacity that allowed her potent telekinetic abilities as well as the ability to synthesis Pyrotechnic flashes. She hadn't discovered this until she was ten which is when bullying ironically got to its worst. One boy had gotten to her boiling point and she created a tangible kinetic fist, punching him and throwing him down the hall. Since then she has been honing her skills and after leaving home, she became known as a "Hero-For-Hire".
Powers: Trix is a powerful telekinetic capable of forming kinetic constructs of near any shape so long as it's small. She can also create small, low powered, multi-color bursts she calls "Fireworks".
