Super Hero RPG Empty Super Hero RPG

My post count is going to get Stupid High from here. All Right, Ian, let's get the ball rolling. To get a Kingdoms Style RPG, the one key element is NPC's. In this case it's a whole superhero universe. You'll need a LOT. I will provide many Many MANY so don't worry about it too much. A SuperHero RPG doesn't need a really heavy background plot. In fact, it doesn't need any. The reason LftA didn't work out is because you over-complicated it a bit. Don't worry about mechanics on superheroes. All you have to do is tell people not to powerplay, seriously. Just enforce a consequence if they do.
